Vacay Nights

Book flat-rate stays at selected hotels via the Vacay Nights search (subject to Vacay Fee payment), or at any QVI Home Resort with no extra charges.

A. Vacay Point System

Accumulated Vacay Points Discount Tier
0 - 3000 pts Vacay VIP 3 (3% Discount)
3001 - 5000 pts Vacay VIP 4 (4% Discount)
5001 pts and above Vacay VIP 5 (5% Discount)

 

  • A 3% VIP discount applies to your first booking.
  • Earn 1 Vacay Point for every USD 1 spent on consumed bookings.
  • Your VIP Tier increases as you accumulate Vacay Points within the product validity period.
  • Refunds of Vacay Deals booking are processed net of discounts.
  • Members can refer unlimited users to Vacay Deals. Referrals get special rates for 6 months upon activation of the referral account, excluding VIP discounts.
  • Points from Referral bookings are credited to the referring Member, contributing to tier upgrades.
  • Accounts are deactivated upon expiration.

 

B.  Coupons

  • Coupons can be used to offset Vacay Deals reservations but are not valid for Vacay Nights fee payments.
  • Only one coupon can be used per booking; concurrent use of two coupons for a single booking is not allowed.
  • Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a reservation made with a coupon is canceled, the coupon cannot be reused.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused balances if the booking value is less than the coupon value.
  • Extending your Vacay account does not extend the coupon's validity.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Terms and Conditions

Vacay Rewards

  • Active Vacay Members receive 1% year-end bonus reward.
  • Eligibility requires personal and/or referral bookings within the calendar year and active status until January 31 of the following year.
  • Unused rewards are forfeited if the Vacay account expires.
  • Forfeited rewards are distributed among active members based on their total consumed bookings.
  • Distribution of rewards occurs between January 15 and January 25 of the following year.
  • Rewards are issued in USD as Vacay Credit in the member wallet and cannot be encashed.
